Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held the Global Citizenship Education Forum on May 23, 2025, at the SWDC Building. The forum featured NBSC scholars who studied abroad in Canada and Taiwan.
Five students—Pheona Fabro, Sophia Dalu-an, Hencez Heart Taborno, Jun Arthur Binayao, and Kris Pajaron—shared their experiences at Canadore College under the Canada-ASEAN SEED program. Another scholar, Nicko Cajes, spoke about his internship and studies at Asia University, Taiwan, through the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) and the Center for AI and Cybersecurity Research Innovation (CCRI).
The forum was organized for RSS2 students enrolled in Global Citizenship Education (GCED) and aimed to promote international awareness and academic opportunities abroad.
Mr. Alven Gomez, RSS Instructor and IAELO Head, led the event. Dr. Jovelyn Delosa, VP for Academic Affairs, delivered the opening remarks, followed by a message from Ms. Maria Michaela Jamora, IAELO Coordinator. Ms. Jee Ann Guibone, GCED focal person, facilitated the forum.
